Power electronics is a combination technology of power, electronics and control. We use modern power electronics device and high speed digital controller as main tools, basing on the modern control theory, to design power conversion equipment to meet customer requirement. Power electronics technology is widely used in VFD (Variable frequency drive), Motion control ,UPS (Uninterrupted power supply), SMPS (Switching mode power supply), Traction, Propulsion, EV (Electric Vehicle ) etc. |

The company has a lab with 400 square meter and a jointed-ventured manufacturing plant of 3000 square meter. IPER have equipment including Tektroix scope, Fluke harmonic analyzer, Raytek ThermoViews etc. The lab is also equipped with dyno-motors, load reactor and ovens etc for load testing and life time testing.
Main products of the company is " Innoverter" , a medium voltage Variable Frequency Drive. Voltage rating of the drive is from 3KV-10KV, power rating from 225KW to 5400KW.
Innoverter series medium voltage drive utilizing Cell-series Multi-level topology and speed sensorless vector control technology. “Innoverter” use IGBT as main power electronics devices, DSP and PLC as controller, with speed sensorless field orientation and adaptive control technology.
IPER patented 2 invention on MV-VFD so far. With the patents, the company is planning to develop a 6KV MV-VFD with output current of 1000A, world’s largest air-cooled drive today.
